I couldn't be happier with the service and sales departments at Performance Volkswagen. The recent service was on my new 2025 Tiguan. As soon as I got it home, I had a tire pressure warning. I turned out that somehow I got a flat tire minutes from the showroom. I was able to get the spare on and returned the next morning. They took care of the tire immediately--no appointment needed.
The entire staff of Performance VW is top-notch. Everyone chipped it to take care of my car and to make sure I didn't have to worry about a thing. A special thank you to my service rep Jennifer, the receptionist/cashier, Toni, and my salesperson, Kris. It is people like them that guarantees I will be coming back for service and parts.

I wasn't sure if the staff was recommending services such as tire replacement, filter replacement, brake pad replacement because I actually needed it or just because I came forth as someone who is not familiar with cars.
