Service was good from scheduling the appointment and through out until it was time to pick up the car. Did not appreciate being told car was on the side of the building when it was in the back lot pass the fence. I had to look for my car!! Never ever had to do that in all of my 20 years or so of going there. There was also no paper on the mats for cleanliness.
