was told it would take 4 hours to do recall work. i made 7 am a appointment, they did not start working on my truck til 2pm so it it is waste of time to make a early appointment. Casuing to lose a days pay

Everyone there is really nice. But I've had service done twice at this dealership and have had issues with my car now both times. I had an oil change on June 12th and by July 19th a low oil light came on. I took it on July 23rd to be looked at and they said they fixed a loose drain plug. On July 28th I had the 50K mile tune up and the next day the yellow steering malfunction light came on. On July 30th the red sterring malfunction light came on and the steering wheel locked while I was driving. I had to have it towed to a dealership located an hour and half away from me because of where I was located when it happened. I'm now having to pay for a rental car while they're figuring out what your dealership did wrong.
